EAT LOCAL, CHOOSE ORGANIC

Feed your family, build community, see a small farm make a big difference.

About the Farm

Brendan Grant & Marcelle Paulin founded Sleepy G Farm on the belief that even small farms can have a big impact on communities. Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is at the core of our farm business and since 2010 the farm has steadily expanded to become Thunder Bay’s premiere source of locally-grown certified organic vegetables.

Join our seasonal memberships or visit our retail partners to try our veggies and support our farm.

Do you have a vegetable garden? We are the only organic nursery in the district!

We sell organic transplants, seeds, fertilizers, potato seed and more!

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is at the heart of our work. Become a member and join a community of eaters and supporters who receive a “share” of the harvest weekly or biweekly during the summer, fall and winter.  Members choose from a wide variety of organic vegetables and enjoy eating seasonally.

Eat local. Choose organic. Join Sleepy G Farm CSA today!

It shares some great information and we love reading your perspectives. Thanks so much for being passionate about what you do!"

  • "I wanted to write a short note to you to say how much we enjoyed the food that you produced and how we appreciated your dedication and hard work. Any farm, but especially an organic farm, obviously takes a lot of knowledge and constant work. We feel very fortunate to have you in our neighbourhood and to be able to eat your fresh, organic food."

  • "We did not know there was an active CSA program in Thunder Bay until a friend shared your facebook post with me. We took the plunge for summer/fall last year. Each week we found ourselves explorers through a dense jungle of nutritious produce. Day after day, meal after meal, we found ourselves delighted with what well-prepared fresh, organically grown produce could well,….. produce! Thank you for all you do, and may the relationship continue!"
